Team
Our team consists of lawyers, economists, IT experts and marketing specialists with extensive experience in the relevant sectors.
The founder of the company, Dimitar Dimitrov, graduated from the Faculty of Law of Sofia University in 1993. An experienced lawyer with thirty years of experience in capital markets, banking, M&A and venture financing, corporate law and public administration. Dimitar was the Deputy Chairman of the Bulgarian Securities Commission (now the Financial Supervision Commission) from 1997 to 2001 and Advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Regional Development and Public Works of the Republic of Bulgaria (in 2022).
He has taught at the New Bulgarian University on securities law, as well as on various topics of the capital market and corporate governance in seminars and courses. Co-author of Commentary on the New Law on Public Offering of Securities, 2000, Labor and Law Institute.

Antoan Shotarov is an entrepreneur, university professor and inspirational leader with extensive experience in creating and managing successful companies. He is committed to the development of innovation, digitalization and business model transformation. He holds a PhD in Economics with research focused on the impact of innovation on competitiveness – a topic that has defined his entire professional career.
Antoan is the co-founder of the software company Donatix, which is recognized by Business Insider as one of the best IT companies in Bulgaria. Under his leadership, Donatix works with global clients such as Bayer, Sanofi, Beiersdorf, Syngenta, Stada and the World Health Organization, offering innovative technological solutions. In addition, Antoan created two successful startups in the fields of entertainment and cryptocurrencies, which demonstrate his ability to explore new horizons and implement innovations in various industries. In 2018, he founded Innowave, a company that helps corporations adapt to new market realities by developing and implementing innovations in their business models.
In addition to his achievements in the business environment, Antoan is the co-founder of the Sofia chain of private kindergartens, which provide quality education and care for children. He is committed to social change and promoting sustainable development through education and innovation. With his unique professional experience, academic expertise and visionary approach, Antoan Shotarov inspires both business leaders and future generations.

Viktor Lalev is an entrepreneur and software engineer with many years of experience in developing digital solutions for businesses from various industries, and throughout his career he has established himself as a leader who successfully combines technology with business goals.
For the past ten years, Victor has been the co-founder and CEO of Donatix, a software company specializing in software development that has implemented over 150 projects for clients around the world, used daily by millions of users. The company is recognized as one of the leading IT companies in Bulgaria, with Donatix’s clients including global brands such as Securly, Bayer, Syngenta and the World Health Organization.
In addition to his leadership roles at Donatix, Victor is actively involved in the development of fintech products and is the CTO of several innovative companies, including Hospitality in Bits, a company specializing in the development of software products for the hospitality sector, and HR One, a human resources management platform that digitizes and automates processes such as document processing, payroll, and administrative tasks. It helps companies improve their efficiency and comply with legislative requirements.
