FROM CHALLENGES TO OPPORTUNITIES
The idea for PropertyPeers was born from the realization that real estate investment remains inaccessible to many. High barriers to entry, the need for significant resources, and the complexity of the process make it difficult for both investors and entrepreneurs. Driven by the belief that these investments should be accessible to everyone, we found a common solution to two key problems: how to provide capital to entrepreneurs to realize their projects, and how to offer investors easy access to lucrative opportunities.

Building an accessible, secure and transparent solution that connects investors and entrepreneurs is made possible thanks to the efforts and experience of experts from different fields who unite around the common goal of making investments accessible to all. The investor in the Company is the Innovation Capital Fund KDA, whose activity is implemented with co-financing from the European Regional Development Fund under the Operational Program "Innovation and Competitiveness" 2014-2020, managed by the Fund of Funds in Bulgaria.
